This product has the same base as the London Dry Gin.
The difference this time comes from the aging which is done in Burgundy barrels of pinot noir for 6 months with the addition of a vanilla pod from Madagascar in each bottle.
The sweetness of the vanilla will allow you to enjoy this gin alone or in a cocktail.

The difference comes from a second distillation where a large addition of citrus fruits (grapefruit, bergamot, citron) will take place.
There is also an addition of another ingredient that will give the gin this blue color. And that's not all, if you mix this gin with a lemonade or a tonic, it will become pink thanks to a variation in pH!
